Electronic Filing Rejects, Form 2210, Form 2210: To file form 2210 electronically IRS requires that one of the boxes in Part II, lines A-E must be checked. You must either check one of the boxes in Part II or choose one of the print options that does not include Form 2210 with the return. (IRS Reject Code 147) A: Form 2210 should only be attached to the return when there is a penalty and when it is required to be filed. If you have forced the Form 2210 to print and it is not required, you will receive this diagnostic.
