To clean wax from dish (whether it’s the glass, tin or ceramic), wait until wax solidifies, put the dish (only) in the freezer for a few minutes, then remove wax with a non-metallic object. Using a metal knife or similar object may scratch, crack or otherwise damage the burner dish.
