Dust RemovalUse a duster and a damp cloth to remove wood dust after sanding. Wear a dust mask. Take the duster and dust over the wood, wiping off as much dust as possible. Wipe with a damp rag over the entire surface to remove leftover dust.TurpentinePut on a pair of disposable plastic gloves and a chemical fume mask. Take an old rag and dip it into a can of turpentine. Rub the wood with the turpentine.Teak OilUse teak oil made for all types of wood as an alternative way of cleaning after sanding. Take a rag and wipe a generous amount of teak oil onto the wood. Wipe wood in the direction of the grain. Use two to three coats. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
