How do I clean my Vigneron filler after each use?
For wine usage, simply use a meta / citric acid solution; flush it through the system for a few seconds and then follow with a clear water rinse and you are ready to start again, or to place the machine in storage until next time it is needed. Note that the path from the metering manifold ( pump output) to the inside of the bulkhead mounted stainless steel tube fittings is made from medical grade silicon tubing, and offers a continuous flow path. It looks like a very clean artery and as such does not provide anyplace for unwanted bacteria producing critters to hide.
