I’m guessing you are talking about “dust mites”. Just take all your sheets and covers off your bed. Now would be a good time to launder them! I like to use hot to kill everything and use a touch of bleach if the sheets are a light color (DILUTE THE BLEACH before putting into the wash!!!). Put your vacuum right up on top of your mattress. Turn it on and vacuum the mattress like you do your floor. Go slowly and make sure to cover every inch of your mattress. After you are done, I like to flip the mattress and do the other side. It’s good to flip and rotate your mattress, anyway, so now is as good of time as any! Using a mattress pad especially designed to reduce allergens will help. I usually vacuum mattresses once a month. Also, when purchasing a used mattress from someone, remember to iron the mattress. Vacuum the mattress first and then iron it. Depending on what the mattress is made of, you may need to cover it with a sheet and iron over the sheet. It helps kill some of the unmention
