How do i clean lime scale out of the inside of a bottle?
Use a small drop or two of Cillit Bang in the bottle then fill with warm water. Leave for a few hours and then rinse well. However I cannot see why you have limescale in the bottle as the water you use in it is already boiled in a kettle, where the lime scale deposits itself. You probably have a milk deposit which should be washable with a suitable brush and detergent.
