To solve this problem, please try to turn off System Restore on all drives. Please do the following: 1. Right-click on the icon of My Computer, then select Properties. 2. Choose the System Restore tab and then select the check box of “Turn off System Restore on all drives”. 3. Click Apply. After you turn off system restore on all drives, all of the previously created restore points are deleted, and naturally, the files under X:\System Volume Information are also deleted.
