How do I clean a stainless steel outdoor grill?
Spray the entire exterior of the grill with a non-abrasive grill cleaner. Wipe the grill clean with a rag or paper towels, then rinse it with warm water. Open the lid and remove the grill grates. Use a putty knife to scrape the debris off of the sear plate, then remove the sear plate. Clean the inside of the grill, including the burners, with a wire brush. As you are cleaning, scrape the debris into the drip pan. If your burners are not functioning properly or are extremely dirty and need a deeper cleaning, disconnect the gas supply and purge the remaining gas from the fuel line. Clean the burners with a solution of hot water, vinegar and dish detergent. Use a wire brush to apply the solution and remove debris from all of the burner holes. Scrape the debris from the drip pan into the disposable grease tray.
