How do I clean a foam mattress pad?
VacuumingVacuum the foam mattress pad. Use a handheld vacuum or the brush attachment from a full-sized vacuum. Thoroughly vacuum the foam mattress pad to remove any dust, dirt or other debris. Before proceeding, read any care instructions that came with your product. Follow these when possible.CleaningTake the foam mattress pad outside and lay it on a tarp or other clean surface. Combine 1/2 cup of fabric cleaner and one cup of cool water in a spray bottle. Shake the bottle. Spray the foam mattress pad with the solution until you have completely covered both sides. Allow the mattress to sit for 45 minutes. Spray the mattress with a hose to rinse it.
