How do I claim FF points for flights with Qantas partner airlines?

The address is on the QF website (Help > Contact us). However, the QFF airline earning table states the following with regard to SAS flights:Limits: Points are not be earned on Swedish domestic flights between Stockholm and the following cities: Angelholm, Gothenburg, Kalmar, Kiruna, Lulea, Malmo, Ornskoldsvik, Ostersund, Ronneby, Skelleftea, Sundsvall Umea and Vaxjo.
