How do I choose the place name for the heading(s) of the type [place]–Genealogy?
The place name is usually the place name chosen as a qualifier for the cemetery name, but not always, as it can be an earlier name for a township or other municipality or even a city section that ceased to exist because of an amalgamation or split. Prefer the name of a city, town, village, or other locality if the cemetery is clearly located in it or associated with it (i.e. a cemetery could be associated with a town, but actually located a few kilometres from its boundaries). Example: Heading #1: Mount View Cemetery (Cambridge, Ont.) Heading #2: Galt (Cambridge, Ont.)–Genealogy.
