How do I choose Direct Signature Required on FedEx electronic shipping devices?
To choose the Direct Signature Required option you must visit fedex.ca, select the ‘Ship’ tab, choose ‘options’ and select the ‘Signature’ option from the drop down menu. To obtain a Direct Signature, select it from your shipping device’s Signature Service options, while preparing your shipping label. All charges will appear on FedEx invoices. If you are processing shipments manually, then a pre-printed Direct Signature Required barcode must be affixed to each package.
