Lists of internal and external supervisors as well as information about procedures for having a new external scientist approved to serve as a supervisors can be found under the heading “Supervisors” on the honours website. You should begin to search for a potential supervisor during your 3rd year of study and should have completed arrangements by May of your 3rd year. You can also approach professors you have had in classes in areas which interest you. They may have projects available or be able to direct you to someone else who does.
