Enter diagnostics mode.<> style=”mso-spacerun: yes”> On the first page, FDC should be in the range 10 to +10. Tuner should be in the range 5 to +5. RDC is the amount of signal your box has to transmit back to the head end (-60 is fine).<> style=”mso-spacerun: yes”> All the values should be shown in white. If any of them are orange, you may want to place a service call so a technician can check cables, splitters, etc.
