How do I check the status of my unmortgage application?
If you applied online, you can check the status of your application on the web site. To do this, go to www.ingdirect.ca and click the I’m a Client, let me in tab in the top navigation bar. Enter your Client Number and PIN. The account summary page will appear. At the bottom of the account summary — click on the link that says ” If you have submitted a mortgage application and would like to check on its status or if you have an application in progress and would like to return to it, please click here.” If you have applied over the phone and set up a PIN and Password identification, you can go online to check your mortgage application status. If not, our Mortgages Account Representatives are there to help you out, call us at 1-888-700-4604 to obtain your status.
