How do I check the status of my PayFlex Card?
• • Click on Login, on the left navigation bar and enter your username and password, then click Submit. • Select Debit Cards on the left navigation bar. • You will see: card holder name, last four digits of your card number and the status of your debit card. • If your card is Temporarily Inactive, you may need to provide the requested documentation to PayFlex to substantiate your healthcare expenses.
