If you click on the See official terms and conditions link at the bottom of this page advertising the Comcast HSI $100 offer, it brings up a bunch of fine print that says: “Rebate checks will be remitted in US dollars and mailed in 10-16 weeks after completed qualifying activity. If you have not received your check within 16 weeks of submitting rebate, please visit http://support.broadbandoffers.com.” If you click on all the right links, you eventually get to this page: http://www.broadbandoffers.com/rebatelookup/ Where you can enter your name and some other info, and you should get a message back telling you something. Probably will say something like “processing
