How do I check the status of any claim regardless of how it was submitted (Dental Office Toolkit, via a clearinghouse, on paper, etc.)?

Click on Patient Info, enter the Member Number and click Submit. On the Benefit Quickview page, click on View Claims History located in the Member Information section and complete the Search Claims History page (select the type of document you are looking for in the Include box, enter the date/s and then select the patient/s from Patient Name) and click on Search. Click on the Document Number listed under the DCN column. To view the payment document and the check/payment status, click on Check No.
