I have a 97 Camry that I bought 18 months ago and fairly soon the light started doing the same thing. After a few months I took it to Autozone and they hook it up to a computer for free. It came back as bad EGR valve. They run $140!! Well I didn’t get it right away. After a couple months it started doing it more often and the car started idling very poorly. Sometimes it would stall. I finally coughed up the dough and changed it myself. It only took about 45 minutes and It has been running great with no dummy lights. Anyway take it to autozone and have them plug it in.
