• Connect you KeyScan to the PC using the KeyScan original USB2 cable. • Insert the original KeyScan Power adapter to the power outlet. • Connect the power adapter to the right connector on the KeyScan scanner. • Look through the top document feeding slot of the KeyScan product. • You should see Red light. • If you do not see Red light please make sure you are using the original KeyScan power adapter. • Make sure the power outlet does have power. • Using power adapter other than the KeyScan original adapter void the KeyScan warranty and may cause permanent damage to your KeyScan product.
