How do I check my space usage in SmarterMail?
• Log into the web interface of the mail server your account is setup on using your full email address; i.e. user@[domain].com. • Select the “Email” menu icon at the top then “My Today Page” on the left-hand menu • The right-hand pane displays “Disk Space Limits” including the total space “Currently Used” • The ‘Inbox’ screen also displays a total space usage pie chart in the upper right-hand corner for an approximation of the total usage. • Detailed space usage information is available under the ‘Reports’ menu icon at the top by selecting the ‘Disk Usage’ menu in the left hand pane under the ‘My Reports’ menu.
