How do I check my products warranty and DroboCare coverage dates?
Your products must be registered, and any DroboCare contracts must be activated within 30 days of purchase. Once you have a support account, you can check the status of your contract(s) by logging into your account and clicking “My Support Account.” Note: If you registered your product(s) and activated a DroboCare contract before October 1, 2009, you will have to create an account in our new support tracking system in order to view your product information and DroboCare coverage dates. We will verify your registration/activation and update your warranty and DroboCare start and end dates. If you registered your product(s) and activated your DroboCare contract(s) on October 1, 2009 or later, simply log in to your account and click “My Support Account.
