How do I check my Lotto Numbers & how do I know if ive won?
Your lotto number can be checked by logging into your account. Once logged in click on ‘SURVEYS & COMPETITIONS’ and then on ‘MY ENTRIES’, your lotto numbers will appear under the month in which you completed the survey. The Lotto numbers you receive work in conjunction with the Lotto run in your home state. If you have won any rewards we will always contact you by email. If email contact is unsuccessful, we will then follow- up with a phone call. It is therefore very important to update your email address should it change, so that you can receive your rewards.
