We are  using two types of ip address

1) Internal ip address

2) External ip address

If you want to check your internal ip address on Windows use the following methods:

1)start->Run->cmd->type ipconfig2

2)If you want to check your External ip address you can visit this site  Ip-details.com .Here you can search ip,IP Location,Country,Latitude and Longitude details and etc.

you can type ipconfig in command prompt and that will give you your ISP IP address, but to get the actual IP address is easy as well. Just go to Yahoo search, type “what is my IP” and look at the results, it will pop up with the answer.
