How do I check my FastAccess order status?
BellSouth continuously changes the FastAccess website. This FAQ contains screen shots or options that may be slightly different from the actual website, however the basic steps and functionality are the same. Step 1 Log on to BellSouth FastAccess Website and select whether you have Residential or Business FastAccess. Step 2 Click on Upgrade My FastAccess Service from the Existing Customers menu. Step 3 Enter the telephone number. Click Manage.
