How do I check for receipts after applying for passports or sending movements via e-mail?
After you apply for passports or send movements via e-mail you will receive a receipt. This usually arrives within a few minutes, but can take up to twenty four hours. To check for a receipt click on the ”Cattle Tractability System / Email SIS’ in the ‘Setup’ menu then ‘Get SIS Replies from Internet’ finally click the ‘Click here to save incoming mail from SIS’ button. Agridata will dial up, and download your e-mail’s. If any are receipts it will copy them into Agridata. To view the receipts click on ”Cattle Tractability System / Email SIS’ in the ‘Setup’ menu then ‘Review Email Messages Sent : check SIS receipts’ option. Note: Agridata will only copy unread mail.
