How do I check a persons criminal history in Nashville and Davidson County?
Either in person or by mail: At the Metropolitan Justice Center at 200 James Robertson Parkway, in Nashville, from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, (except holidays) Enter through the front doors, and you will see the information counter straight ahead; the records counter is ahead and to the right Fees for Records Checks, effective July 1, 1991, are $13.00.
