How do I change the Web Filter (Parental Control) settings?

New rules can be added from the advanced settings of Web Filter (Parental Control). On the Parental Control tab, click on the Allowed and Denied Web site link. This will open a view listing all visited, allowed, and denied Web sites under their own tabs. Use the Add button to add new sites to the Allowed or Denied lists. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can allow or deny new sites using the Charter High-Speed Security Suite WebFilter button in the browser’s toolbar.
