No you can’t because that is the time on that server in the US. To show the UK time then you should have had a yahoo.co.uk account. As far as I am aware you can’t change it because it is the portal/server you first signed up with and this has been brought up a few times on the SB about changing your account because people have signed up on the wrong site originally.
