First, you need to loosen the bolt that goes through the center of the idler wheel. Then, loosen the adjuster nut just above the idler wheel. When sufficiently loose, remove and reinstall the belt. Re-tighten the adjuster nut until sufficient tension is placed on the belt. Finish by re-tightening the idler wheel bolt.
