How do I change the sender information that appears to message recipients?

If you want to specify exactly how your name and contact info will appear to your message recipients, choose Options -> Sender Info from the drop-down menu. When you’re composing a message, you can set the Sender Info just for that message by making sure ‘Save as Default’ is not checked.
