How do I change the plugs on the travel charger if plug A cannot be removed?

Plug A (the plug with 2 pins) is part of the travel charger but is designed to have other plugs fit over it. To attach a different plug, flip plug A up, so it is in the recess of the charger. Take the required plug (B, C, D or E) and firmly push it over the top of plug A, so that the pins from plug A are slotted into the holes on the back of the alternative plug.
