How do I change the password on the ShopWiki Assistant?
Please be assured that the information contained in your Assistant profile is only accessible through the computer you registered on and is never sent to ShopWIki. If, at any point, you’d like to change your password, please follow these steps: From the ShopWiki Assistant options screen (see previous FAQ to get there), select the “Reset Password” button. Warning: When you reset your password, you will lose all of the credit card information you previously configured. After the password has been reset, you can create a new password and create new credit card profiles.
