A. Start MS Windows 95/98/ME, open Control Panel, choose Printer Selection, select P-TOUCH PC driver. Right click, select Property. Change port in Details. Question: Unable to load Windows driver A. Verify version of the printer driver you have. Then check the Brother download page to see if there is a newer driver. Go to the Brother download page.
