How do I change the ink cartridge of the Cross :Convergence Pen?
Included with your Cross :Convergence pen is a set of five ink refill cartridges. Replacing the ink cartridge is quick and easy. Follow these steps: • Click to view Changing Ink tutorial • Rotate the top of the pen clockwise to expose the ink cartridge just like you would before writing. • Insert the tip of the pen into the V-tool located on the refill cartridge caddie. • With the pen inserted into the V-tool, gently pull the pen down and away. This will remove the cartridge from the pen. • Remove a fresh ink cartridge from the caddie and insert the flat or blunt end of the cartridge into the tip of the pen. Press down on a hard surface until the new cartridge is fully inserted and you’re done.
