How do I change the format that dates are displayed in Family Tree Legends?
Configuring both of the following options will allow to enter and display all dates in the Day Month Year format. If you would like the program to parse (interpret) incoming dates as DMY (Day, Month, Year): What you need to do, is to enable a specific program setting that allows the software to parse your input dates as DMY instead of MDY. Choose OPTIONS > PROGRAM OPTIONS > LOCALIZE. Check the option “Parse input dates as DMY”. Click OK to commit the changes. If you would also like to display all dates as DMY (Day, Month, Year): Choose OPTIONS > PROGRAM OPTIONS > DATE FORMAT. Select the option “Day Month Year” from the Order of Items in Date menu. Click OK to commit the changes.
