How do I change the entity name for my Business Optimiser?
When keeping the same linked business bank account, we require: • A Letter of Direction signed by all Authorised Users informing us of the name change; plus • A certified copy of the ‘Certificate of Registration’ or ‘Change of Business Name Certificate’ confirming the name change; plus • An original Encoded Deposit Slip or cheque drawn on the existing bank account, showing that only the entity name has been changed (i.e. the name of the existing bank account must also be changed).
