How do I change the Display Identity number in windows XP?
The only way I know how to change these numbers to the monitor they go with is to change the port where the monitor connects to on the computer. Try disabling all but one monitor at a time to figure out which port is 1, 2, 3 and 4. You can then reconnect the monitors in the order you want. I hope this helps. Good luck.
