How do I change the details on my WorldPay account?
Log in to WorldPay here to update your payment details. WorldPay will have sent you an email containing your login information when you first signed up. If you don’t have this, please click the “Forgot your password?” link on the WorldPay login page and you will be sent a reminder. To request a password reminder you’ll need your WorldPay agreement ID. If you don’t know your agreement ID please contact us. You’ll also need to enter the email address used to set up the initial agreement. If you don’t know which email you used to create your agreement please contact us. You can also cancel your existing agreement and create a new agreement when your subscription is due for renewal. To cancel your agreement please contact us.
