How do I change the date range for the graphs within the statistics dashboard?

There are two ways to modify the date range within the statistics dashboard. Firstly, you can click and drag either end of the slider at the top of the dashboard. Secondarily, you can manually enter the beginning and end dates in the text fields to the right of the slider.
