How do I change the color of the Comment / Highlight / Underline / Strikeout?

To change the default color of the Comment, Highlight, Underline, or Strikeout go to Tools > Options > Comments. Click on the color box you wish to change. Choose a color you want and click OK. This change will be applied to any new comments, however, existing comments will not change color.
