How do I change the AutoRecover save interval in PowerPoint?
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Save tab. 2. Select the Save AutoRecover info every check box. 3. In the minutes box, enter the interval for how often you want PowerPoint to save presentations. Note: When you select the Save AutoRecover info every check box, the changes you make to a presentation are saved in a recovery file until you save or close the presentation. The recovery file is then deleted. If a power failure occurs or you need to restart your computer before you save or close a presentation, the recovery file still exists. When you restart PowerPoint, PowerPoint opens all recovered files so you can save them. If you choose not to save a recovered file, it is deleted.
