Although the EQ4 Design Cookbook mentions a Layers tab on the QUILT menu, there is no Layers tab. We changed EQ4 (taking off the Layers tab) to make it easier, but this was after the Design Cookbook went to the printer. You now use the Graph Pad to resize a quilt block on the Country Set quilt layout.
