How do I change ownership of a gTLD domain?
Log into the domain management interface, and select the Manage Profile option. From there, select the option Change Ownership of Domain. This option lets you move the domain to another existing profile, or create a brand new profile. How long does it take for transfers to take effect? From the time the owner responds to the confirmation email, the transfer process typically takes around three working days for .au domains, or SEVEN DAYS for gTLD domains. In extreme cases, gTLD domains can take up to two weeks. This is because of the multiple parties involved in the transfer process. I still need more information – who do I talk to?
