How do I change or retrieve my forotten username or password?
To retrieve your password, enter your username in our forgot password form and it will be emailed to you. Your password is stored in an encypted format in our system to ensure your privacy and security. To change your password, use this link or click on the “Account” link on the top right of the page (when signed in). Follow the “Change Password” link on the Account Page. To retrieve your username send an email to support@innovationexchange.com and we’ll email it to you. We will email your username only if the email address on your request matches the email address in our system.
