How do I change or reset my JiWire password?
Sign in to your JiWire member account from the My Account link on our site and then click on the link to update your profile. You can also reset your password from the “forgotten password” links on the sign-in page on our site or the registration window in JiWire Hotspot Helper. If you have purchased a JiWire Hotspot Helper subscription, you’ll need to re-register your software with your new password.
