How do I change my UserID and password?
First login to Progeny using the default login and password. Then choose “Administration” from the main screen. From the drop-down select “Users”. This will display a screen that allows you to add a new user. Enter the User ID name and password of your choice and select the security levels for this user, then click “Add”. The newly added name should now appear in the table below. Close out of Progeny and login with the new user information. When trying to download the free trial I receive the following message: “THE INSTALLATION PACKAGE COULD NOT BE OPENED. CONTACT THE APPLICATION VENDOR TO VERIFY THIS IS A VALID WINDOWS INSTALLER PACKAGE”. How should I proceed? This installation error message occurs when the server is overloaded with download requests. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please remove the installation from your pc and try to download the application again.
