• From a web browser open: https://10.253.128.15:8443/ccmuser • Log in with Voice Server username (typically UCA name) and Password (12345) • Select “User Options”, then “Device” • Select the “Speed Dials” button from the top or bottom of the page. • Add “304” between the current “8”, and the remainder of the phone number.
