How do I change my postage payment method from credit card to checking account?
• Log in to your account here. • Enter your Endicia account number and password on the log in page. Click the ‘Log In’ button. You should see your account summary page next. • Position your cursor over the ‘Update Profile’ menu. • Click the ‘Payment Method’ link that appears below. • Select the radio button for ‘ Deduct postage from my checking account information provided below’. • Enter your checking account in the provided ‘Checking Account Number’ field. • Enter your checking account’s routing number in the provided ‘Routing Number’ field. • Click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page. • Log out of your account pages. This account payment change is instant. The next time you purchase postage through our software you will be using this new payment method.
