We will be issuing you a PIN code for this purpose. Whenever you need to change your address location, simply call this toll-free number 1-866-207-5515 between 6:00am and 6:00pm MST Monday-to-Friday. An operator will ask you for your telephone number and PIN code, to verify your identity. The operator will then ask you for the address you will be moving to. This new address will be entered by the operator into an official 9-1-1 database system for validation. Your new address must be validated before it will become active for 9-1-1 purposes. If the operator is able to validate your new address while on the phone with you, she will do so. If not, you will receive a phone call or email later to advise you of validation status.
